Happy New Year! I've settled into my new routine; and have had some time to rest and relax over the holidays. The tree is down; Christmas for 2011 is packed away for another year. The house is quiet and today is the perfect time to catch up on my blogging. I've got a couple of shots of the grandkids....The first is Nolan with his new buddy pillow. These are so super soft; I really wanted one for myself! We tried to match their personalities to the pillow. I think we did good with Nolan; not so sure about Jax.
Here is Jax's pillow...when I see a lamb I always think serene. That is NOT Jax!! But, how do you buy wild and crazy? They don't make that into a pillow!

And finally, back to business at hand......I've been working on a new design for Valentines Day. Here is block #1. I always do a test block to make sure it looks as good on paper as it does in fabric. With a little luck this block will turn into many; and a new design will emerge. Check back on the progress.
